When that happens the resort loses an opportunity to fill a room. That deposit is what takes your room out of inventory so that it isn't booked by another guest, but again we make sure that it is refunded to you in full and placed in your hand when you are on vacation. You will also see that this
refundable deposit is coming back to you in writing on your confirmation letter. Now the remaining $99 dollars basically just covers any reschedule that may be needed up to 4 days prior to your arrival date. If you do have to reschedule you will not lose your vacation and you will also not lose your deposit. It will simply remain on your account as a credit for whenever you decide to reschedule your trip. Does all of that make sense?

cover your accommodations, but resort fees/taxes are paid directly to the resort
and Uncle Sam - he always gets his money, am I right? It is just like any other
