Our worker's comp is pay as you go. Toast Payroll sends all the necessary calculations (workers comp codes and employee information) to our partner InSite. InSite brokers the policy for the ER from their insurance carrier. The ER is responsible for paying the monthly premium and potentially the $30 fee if they are on the Starter package.
