What is an intergovernmental organization?
Multiple countries work together to create and enforce international law.

What is the difference between Intergovernmental Organizations (IGO) and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO)?
One organization has members from different countries working together to enforce/create international law, and the other type has organizations that aren't part of a country's governmental system, and are usually non-profit, working in areas such as education, environment, and human rights.
