There are several factors to consider when placed on a clinical level, including clinical competency, how a
teammate lives the core values, WE CARE behaviors, and how they show up to their team from a leadership standpoint. We recommend teammates meet with their managers to discuss how they are performing against the expectations for their level and create a plan to achieve their career goals. Also, using the development guides during the leadership conversation
What can teammates do to be promoted to the next level?
