Serves as official ambassador and representative of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity

The Grand Chapter

Recruits, Trains and supervises Phi Sigma Pi Region Consultants; develops membership materials and resources for chapters

Responsible for developing and managing the Fraternity's leadership programs; and serves as staff liaison to Teach For America

Responsible for leading and developing our National philanthropic efforts with our National Philanthropy, Teach For America

Guides the Fraternity fiscally and develops an annual budget with the Executive Director

National Council, delegates of Collegiate and Alumni Chapters and NAA

Oversees the day-to-day operations of Phi Sigma Pi and serves as liaison between National Council and National Office personnel

Advises chapters assigned to her/him on all aspects of management issues; recruitment; educational resources; programming and development

Teach For America

Develops programs to foster communication between chapters and improve regional collaboration among chapters

The National Council

Cultivates relationships with prospective universities and interested students to establish Phi Sigma Pi colonies which when activated become Phi Sigma Pi chapters

Ensures that accurate records are kept at all National meetings

Charitable foundation created to help collect and distribute funds in support of the programs and goals of Phi Sigma Pi. Members are individuals and alumni who have made significant financial contributions to the Fraternity.

Improves and develops resources to ensure Initiation programs produce strong and dedicated Brothers

is held to conduct business. Delegates attend to discuss the relevant issues facing the organization. Amendments to the National Constitution and the election of the National Council take place during Grand Chapter business.

Leads the Risk Management Education/Training and enhancement of Regional Conference planning and execution

Oversees the development of alumni resources and benefits; assists chapters and associations in improving and enhancing alumni relations

Organization dedicated to eliminating educational inequity in the public school system. Recruits college graduates to teach in under-served schools across the U.S to provide greater educational opportunities
