In order to complete a load of laundry, we first need to separate Fitness Center towels from bath and sweat towels. From there, place them separately into the two washers. The procedure for cleaning equipment is, taking the dirty equipment to EQR's laundry room. From there placing gloves on and using the disinfecting spray to spray the equipment. Leave it on the counter neatly to allow it to dry.

Place the broken equipment into the bucket in Outdoor Adventures and contact Kaitlin and or Lexi informing them about the broken equipment. Also, add it to your end of shift report.

Reservation Packages can be made up to 14 days in advance. Packages have to be request at least 48 hours in advance.

In this situation because it is day of, you can go ahead and perform a refund. Make sure you receive the lock, the paper with the code and the box from the member before refunding the member. Also make sure there are no damages to the lock. And write a note about it in your end of shift report.

They must use the entire bottle of eye solution that was recently placed in EQR Laundry Room. Once the bottle is empty, they must go into the restroom and rinse their eye (s) out for 10-15 minutes.

The procedure is, open CSI, ask the member what did they reserve,get the members name and net id, enter it into CSI, click "Find Reservation". Once confirmed they have a reservation package, click "Check Out" and proceed to giving them their package.

In order to perform a refund on the EQR computer, you must reconcile and log off of the EQR employees CSI account and then log into your CSI account to complete the refund.
