What is Right to Correct or Rectify
The right of data subject to dispute the inaccuracy or error in the recorded personal data and have the personal information controller immediately correct it

What is Consent
It refers to any freely given, specific, informed indication of will, whereby the data subject agrees to the collection and processing of his or her personal, sensitive personal, or privileged information.

What is Data Portability
This refers to your right to obtain from the PIC a copy of your personal data in an electronic or structured format that is commonly used and allows for further use.

What is Data Quality
It ensures that the personal information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

What is Right to Rectification
It refers to your right to dispute the inaccuracy or error in the personal data and have the PIC correct it immediately, unless the request is vexatious or otherwise unreasonable

What is Outsourcing or Subcontracting
It refers to the act or contract between a PIC and PIP to obtain the services of a third party for the processing of personal data.

What is retention
This activity shall not be performed by PICs on personal data for the sole purpose of making it available for potential future requests for the right to access or data portability.

What is Privileged Information
It refers to any and all forms of data which, under the Rules of Court and other pertinent laws, constitute privileged communication.
