What is DACA? (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals)
This student is an international student living in the United States. This student arrived to the U.S. as a child, has a social security card, but is not a U.S. citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.

This is an expense that international students only will incur.

What is Optional Practical Training (OPT)?
This is a 12-month period in which international students who are currently enrolled or have graduated from a U.S. college or university are given special work authorization. It is designed to allow students to gain valuable working experience in the area of their most recent degree.
