Homeowner does not meet the income and/or property eligibility requirements.

Specification identifies all deficiencies in the home needing repairs.

What is Property Eligibility
Single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, Located in Unincorporated Orange County. Mortgage & Property taxes must be current. Property deed must be recorded in the name of the person applying and residing in the home.

Any repairs that address Life, Health, Safety, and Code Violations
