What is beginner mode?
After the display has cycled through each screen 5 times, this mode will end, and you will be in normal mode. In normal mode, the value and icon is displayed immediately after you press your tracker’s button for faster viewing.

What is BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)?
This is the rate of burned calories a body burns at rest. Fitbit uses these values combined with personal demographics to determine the overall burned calories for the day.

What is Last Sync time?
Indicates the last time a tracker synced to the account. It is found under Device Info in Dutch.

What is reboot loop?
Flex's four outermost LED lights will flash while the middle LED light will stay off. This light pattern tends to flash every 30-60 seconds. The customer cannot track his steps.

What is a loose battery contact?
This causes the Fitbit Zip to reboot erratically and randomly. Often times the customer will loose steps and data. The time on his or her tracker will also be incorrect. Often the tracker will turn off and not respond when tapped.

This is the specific name of the display type that the Fitbit One uses.

What is vibrating motor?
This is the hardware in the Flex and One which is activated during silent alarms. The Fitbit Zip doesn't have it. It is also activated on a Flex when you tap on it for 3-4 seconds rapidly.
