What is a Troposphere?
Its the atmospheric layer closest to Earth's surface where nearly all weather occurs.
What is a Transpiration?
Its the evaporation of water through pores in a plant's leaves.
How are temperature and humidity related ?
Temperature describes how much heat is in air. Humidity describes how much water vapor is in air. When air temperature changes, humidity relative to that temperature is also suitable to change.
What is a Precipitation?
Its any form of water that falls back to Earth's surface from clouds.
What is a stratosphere?
Its the layer of the atmosphere that extends upward from the troposphere to an altitude of 50km; contains the ozone layer.
What is a Water Cycle ?
Its the continuous movement of water from the atmosphere to Earth and back.
What is the ozone?
Its the form of atmospheric oxygen that has three atoms per molecule.
What is a Dew Point ?
Its the temperature at which water vapor molecules starts to form liquid water.
What is a Thermosphere?
Its the atmospheric layer above the mesosphere.
What is a Coriolis Effect ?
Its the change in the direction of an object's path due to Earth's rotation.
