To make positive change, take steps, provide resources whereby individuals develop thier own voice and advocate for themselves and others.

What is Executive Committee?
Committee that may meet from time to time and conduct business prescribed by the Board composed of the President, Past President, President-Elect, Director of Administration, Director of Finance, and chairs of any standing committees.

What is student development and student relationships?
Encouraging students to develop mutual respect and understanding toward persons or groups whose race, religion, age, sex, physical ability, sexual preference, or national origin is different from thier own.

What is social justice and equity?
Recognizing the ways that privilege and oppression impact our work as student affairs professionals and how to best support a diverse college community.

What is the Directors of the Association?
President, Past President, President Elect, Director of Administration, Director of Finance, Director of Public Relations, Director of Legislative Affairs, Northern Area Director, and Southern Area Director.

What is minimum standards?
A Master's Degree in student personnel, counseling, behavior sciences, social sciences, or a Master's Degree with related experience in the area of student personnel.

Development of awareness, knowledge, skills of members and students in order to tranform our respective campuses and communities and prepare members and students for advanced leadership positions.

What is the Director of Finance and Director of Administration?
The two Director positions whose terms of office are two consecutive years, elected in alternate years.

Avoiding personal behavior which could constitute sexual harassment and confronting others exhibiting similar behavior.

What is an exused absence?
Written communication 48 hours before a meeting to the President and Director of Administration and written communication within 24 hours after to the President and Director of Administration and put up to a board vote.
