Make sure the environment is safe and free from hazards. Calmly ease the cadet on the ground and turn them on their side to help with breathing (the tongue does not fall back and block their airway). Call a senior NCO to grab an officer's attention, and make sure that the cadets are not around the casualty (crowd control). Call EMS. Make sure to keep the environment calm. Time the seizure to let paramedics know the details
