Automation Pro is a tool developed by Benchmark Email to create Journeys for email subscribers. Journeys are a set of elements or modules that automatically perform specific tasks. Within Automation Pro, journeys can add or remove subscribers from lists or automatically send an email based on website activity, tasks that regular automations can’t do.

Note: Deleting a segment does not delete any of the contacts that belonged to the Segment.

To delete a Segment:

1. Click the 'Lists' tab

2. Click the 'Segments' option in the menu

3. Click the trashcan icon next to the segment which you want to delete

Segmenting provides a great way to organize your contacts, and to also target specific people in your list. Segments do not appear in your Contact List dashboard, however when you select a contact list to send to, when creating a list, you'll see the segments there should you want to send to only a part of your list.
