What is eligible for a trade in?

In store, online, or through a rep. In store goes towards the new device purchase. Online gets an AT&T Promotional card, which can be used to pay bill or at a corp store. Through a rep, can be applied directly to account.
How would a guest go about doing a trade in?

NEXT - 30 month term. Pay up to 80% to upgrade WITH a trade in.
NEXT every year - 24 month term. Pay up to 50%
When can I upgrade if I am on the NEXT/NEXT Every Year?

Activation fee is $30. Standard shipping is free, and will be delivered in 1-3 business days. Priority is $14.95, and will typically be seen within 1-2 business days.
What are the fees and when can I expect to see my device?

Any line on any multiline account as long as one device has an upgrade option.
Who is eligible for a shared upgrade?

Must agree to 4 separate agreements:
eConsent, retail installment agreement, wireless customer agreement, and device clearing document.
If one or more not signed, device will NOT ship.
What do I have to do in order to receive my device?

Account holder is responsible for paying off the ineligible device. New contract and installment plan for new device.
How would a shared upgrade impact the account?

Customer must go online (www.att.com/tc). IVR will think they are activating and order will not ship.
How can I accept the T&Cs?

Pay UP - Eligible for upgrade with a required trade in.
Pay OFF - Keep the device, eligible for upgrade.
What happens to my device if I pay UP or pay OFF to upgrade?

If declined by accident - create a new order. (CC will not be charged until order ships). If not accepted within 21 days, order will be canceled.
